Yes but...

...my child is different!

Different
is a human being if he comes from the
standard

differs!

Yes, but that should't frighten you too much!

For simplicity, I'll explain it with this curve.
(Gaussian bell curve of the grade distribution of a class test)

This curve shows how our society is divided.
Because no matter when, no matter which group of people competes, it will
always come to this distribution!

It is now between D and B about the normal range.

This area represents the biggest Portion!

All students in this area conform to the norm, so to speak.

All those who have better or worse grades are lying
outside
this normal area.

The better students would go to a higher school and the worse ones would go to an easier one. But as long as they are all together in one class, they will always
stand out,
because they deviate from the norm.

The fact is:

Few like to stand out!

Children least of all.

Why a child is different, can have different causes, e.g.:

IQ higher

IQ lower

Attention higher

Attention lower

Distractibility higher

Distractibility lower

Metabolic abnormality

complicated background

Etc.

Children who stand out, always have a harder time!

Some even think of strategies to adapt.

The better students maybe try to do worse, to not attract attention.

The worse students maybe try to distract from the assessment, act like a clown, simply become stubborn or aggressive.

Help your child!

Find out what's really behind his behavior!

Ask questions!

Good, motivated teachers can immediately tell whether or in what way your child is different from the others and is therefore unhappy.

However, a real assessment should be carried out by a specialist!

Please be brave and reach Specialists!

Speech therapists

(voice, language)

Occupational therapists

(writing motor skills, motor skills)

Physiotherapists

(pain, mobility)

Psychologists

(learning behavior, Calculation or Writing weakness)

Psychiatrist KJNP

(Psychiatry and psychotherapy specialists, specializing in children:
feelings, thinking, mood, etc.)

You are really not alone with your problem!

Please trust me about that!

Please help your child,
to cope better with the demands of life!

Thank you for your courage!
